Hypothyroid and Menopause

So I tried something new using Clip Champ, which used to be my go-to for video recording. Without paying attention to all of the prompts for how to operate in the new version they established, I didn’t discover until after the fact that they have removed many of the editing features. So… I will post a link to YouTube here, but there will be no transcript this time. Lesson learned :)
